Single Parents United 'N' Kids (SPUNK) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1982 which is dedicated to educating custodial parents of their rights and the laws in the area of child support enforcement. This booklet was designed to give general information in the areas of paternity, child support and child custody and should not be considered a substitute for legal advice.
